Restaurant’s concept

The true essence of the Chef Gianni Puce’s kitchen is the Mediterranean tradition with fresh seasonal and local products and baseline ingredients that are transformed into delicious and healthy dishes.

In an intimate, refined and elegant environment, the Chef will share with you his 360° view of the dishes, in which mixing different tastes means that you can savor a dish not only with your mouth but also with all the other senses. This result is achieved by combining ingredients that are appealing to the eye, with sober and inviting aromas, prepared with a great passion and respect for raw ingredients.
The menu of Angel restaurant is based on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our Chef personally selects the ingredients in order to guarantee the best products available, designing the menu based on what has previously been selected. This means that our restaurant is the ideal environment for those who want to have an all-round sensorial experience, for a business dinner or for a special occasion. The entire staff of the Angel restaurant cares about its guests and will be at your disposal to advise you, pamper you and make you enjoy a different culinary experience.

Born from a common dream of the two Puce brothers and their immense love for fresh and high quality food the South of Italy is famous for, the Angel restaurant came to life in 2019 after a careful collaboration between the chef Gianni Puce, the owner Massimiliano Puce and the Marketing, PR manager and investor Valentina Merico. The union of the skills and passions of the 3 business partners has allowed the launch of a project that had in mind a different approach to food: the 360° vision. With each one of the business partners using their different experiences to give their precious contributions, the dream became reality and we invite our guest to share the dream with us.
